Arts Building project
The Arts Building is a significant landmark at UWA, and this partial refurbishment to the ground-floor of the Arts Building and New Fortune Theatre courtyard provided a fresh and revitalised upgrade of existing office accommodation and external spaces, to support the Office of the Dean and Service Delivery Centre of the Faculty of Arts, Business, Law and Education.

Arts Building - internal
- New carpet throughout offices and corridors
- New furniture to offices and meeting rooms
- Repainting
- New AV and video conferencing equipment
- Electrical and IT upgrade
- Air conditioning upgrade
New Fortune Theatre Courtyard
- High pressure cleaning of the area
- New landscaping to the garden beds
- Repair of limestone walls and seating
- Provision of power and data (wifi)
- Refurbish water feature to a working state
