Pre-trip Information and planning
Healix provides pre-travel information for UWA travellers (staff and students) (via the Travel Oracle App and Travel Oracle Website) including:
- Security and Travel alerts
- Country Information and guide
- Travel and Security tips
- Personal Records storage
- Emergency Calls and mayday alert
Register online at the Travel Oracle website by following the steps below:
- Complete registration Form to create an account
- Enter Policy Number: For Staff and HDR students, refer to details in pdf below. For undergraduate students, contact Global Learning Office for registration information.
- Click "Register"
Downloading the App using App Store or Google Play
Use the Policy Number published for the client to register for the first time.
Once registration is completed, you won't be asked to register again when you open the app.

Healix provides the following assistance for UWA travellers:
- Access to the 24/7 Operations centre ensures UWA travellers have a direct line to Healix Operations coordinators and Medical team in a crisis to provide a helping hand at times of difficulty when UWA travellers and their dependants are away from home in unfamiliar surroundings. These Services include:
- Dedicated 24/7 helping to the Operations Centre

- Repatriations including repatriation of mortal remains

- Outpatient and inpatient referrals including arrangement of transportation assistance for outpatient visits
