With more than 40 classes on offer per week, our fitness classes are ideal for a complete body workout or simply a fun way to stay fit with friends.

Functional Training

Aqua Aerobics

Splash into a workout that’s easy on the joints but big on benefits! Unlike land-based exercise, Aqua Aerobics lets you move freely with the support and resistance of water, reducing impact on your body while maximising your fitness. The pool is the perfect place to get active, have fun, and feel amazing for participants of all ages.
