In memory of Bruce Goulds the former CFO of Mineral Resources, this scholarship has been established to encourage and assist students from a regional and remote area who is enrolled in a Finance or Accounting Major to continue to pursue their Commerce degree.

Eligibility
Eligibility requirements:
To be eligible to apply for the scholarship, an applicant must—
(a) be a domestic student;
(b) a student from a regional or remote area of Australia;
(c) have completed at least 48 points towards their Bachelor of Commerce Degree and;
(d) be enrolled in an Accounting or Finance Major
(e) be enrolled, or eligible to enrol—
(i) full-time unless the selection body is satisfied that there are exceptional circumstances which preclude full-time enrolment;
