Enabling programs

University enabling programs are designed to prepare you for university study, whether you didn’t quite get the ATAR you need or have been out of study for a while. These programs are delivered by an Australian University or affiliated college, delivered as a pathway to undergraduate Bachelor degree study.

How it works

If you have completed an enabling program at an Australian University or affiliated college, you must achieve a weighted average mark of 65 or higher and satisfy the host university’s Bachelor degree entry requirements.

If you have completed a WA university enabling program as part of WACE, attend a Broadway School, and achieve a weighted average mark of 60 or higher you can gain direct entry into one of our eligible courses.

Successful completion of an enabling program will meet UWA’s English Language Competence requirement.

Eligibility

  • Successful completion of an enabling program at an Australian University or affiliated college, with a final weighted average mark of 65% or higher (or average of 60% or higher for eligible Broadway students undertaking a program as part of WACE). • OnTrack Flex/Sprint
