The fully online Undergraduate Certificate in Health and Fitness explores what it means to be human, from structure and function, to development and performance. This certificate provides a fundamental understanding of health, fitness, behavioural characteristics and their application in sport and exercise science. It provides hands-on and transferable scientific, problem solving and communication skills that enhance your employability and opportunities for further study in sport and exercise science.
Units in the certificate form the basis for continuing at UWA with a major in Sport Science or Exercise and Health or the accredited Sport Science, Exercise and Health extended major.
