How to apply

You’ve explored our courses, found the perfect fit for you and now you’re ready to apply. Whether you’re planning to apply through an agent, or directly to UWA College, follow these easy steps to make your application process a breeze.

  • Step 1: Prepare your documents

    Before you start your application, we strongly advise you to prepare your documents. This will make it easier once you begin the application process.

    For your application, you will need certified copies of the following:

    • Academic qualifications (translated into English)
    • Evidence of English language competency
    • Proof of identity:
      Current passport with photo page
      Birth certificate

    If you are under 18 years old at the time of application, you need to provide additional supporting documents. These can be supplied with your application or once you have received your offer.

  • Step 2: Apply via an agent or online

    Once you have your documents ready, you can start your application process. There are two ways to apply to study at UWA College:

    1. Apply via an agent
      If you already have a UWA College approved education agent, they can complete your application on your behalf by logging into our Partner Portal.

    1. Apply directly to UWA College
      If you reside in an eligible country, you can submit your application directly to UWA College. You can do this by clicking “apply” from any of our course pages, or by finding your course below:
  • Step 3: Application review process

    Once we have received your application, our Admissions Team will review the supplied information. During this period, you may be asked to supply additional documents, clarify any gaps in study or provide missing information.

  • Step 4: Accept your offer

    Once your application has been reviewed, you will be notified by email if you have been successful. If you have been approved for your UWA College course, you receive a Letter of Offer.

    Your Letter of Offer will contain information relating to your course, your approved UWA progression degree, fees and what kind of offer you have received.

    It’s important you read your Letter of Offer carefully as it contains important information about how to accept your offer and pay your deposit or fees to confirm your place at UWA College.

  • Step 5: Apply for your visa

    In order to study in Perth, you are required to obtain a valid visa that allows you to study in Australia. To do that, you will need an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE), which you will receive from our Admissions Team once you have accepted your offer.

  • Step 6: Prepare for Perth

    Once you have accepted your offer, it’s time to start preparing for your exciting new adventure in Perth!

    You will receive information by email about preparing to leave, what to pack and getting ready for Orientation. Essential for helping you settle into life in Perth and providing you with all the tools you need to excel in your studies, Orientation is compulsory for all students.

How to accept

You’ve already put in the hard yards and have received an offer to study at UWA College, congratulations! Now, accepting your offer is as easy as 1, 2, 3.

  1. Read section 1-4 of your Letter of Offer carefully. If you have any questions, please contact your agent or our admissions specialists at [email protected]
  2. Complete and sign the Acceptance Form (Section 4) we included with your Letter of Offer*. Send your completed form, and any other required documents to [email protected]
  3. Make your first payment as outlined in Section 3 of your Letter of Offer and get ready to begin your exciting new adventure in Perth!

*If you have a Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) requirement, you must meet this condition before accepting your offer

Find an agent

As an international student, you can use an official UWA College representative to help you study with us. We have a large agent network that spans the globe, helping students from all four corners of the world apply for a UWA College program.

An education agent can help with your application to UWA College, as well as provide advice on life in Perth. Some agents can also help you obtain a visa to study with us.

Payment options

Information on how to pay can be found in your Letter of Offer.

Tuition Fees are payable in instalments. The initial amount payable to accept your place will be outlined in your Offer Letter. Once you have accepted your place, a personalised payment schedule will be generated, but for guidance see below our standard payment schedules. Residential college accommodation is an optional payment if you choose to have UWA College assist with your accommodation needs.

50% to accept then 50% before second trimester

Residential college accommodation (optional)

Deposit to accept then full trimester allocation due before each trimester

Making a payment for your fees is easy with our fast and secure online payment system, INTOPay. You will be provided with a unique link in your Letter of Offer, which will take you to INTOPay to make your initial payment online or by bank transfer. With INTOPay, you can also track your fees and make further payments quickly and easily at a time that suits you.

Scholarships

At UWA College, we genuinely believe in supporting you every step of the way. That’s why we have developed a range of scholarships to further fuel your ambitions and support your career goals.  

Whether you’re about to pursue a Foundation or Diploma program with us, or are a high achieving UWA College student ready to embark on your studies at UWA, we have a scholarship for you. 

  • UWA College Success Scholarship

    Receive up to AUD $10,000* towards your UWA College tuition fees with a UWA College Success Scholarship.

    Reducing the financial pressure of studying overseas, with a UWA College Success Scholarship you can focus on what really matters: getting the most out of your time at UWA College and setting yourself up for success at UWA.  

    All students who receive an offer to study a Foundation or Diploma program at UWA College will be considered for the Scholarship. Our specialist regional teams will then assess each application on a case-by-case basis, where you could: 

    • Receive up to AUD $10,000* towards your UWA College Diploma in Engineering.
    • Receive up to AUD $9,000* towards your UWA College for your Diploma in Computer and Data Science.
    • Receive up to AUD $8,000* towards your UWA College Diploma in Commerce or UWA Foundation Program.

    If you are successful in receiving a UWA College Success Scholarship, your scholarship information will be included in a re-issued Letter of Offer.

  • UWA College family discount

    Family comes first at UWA College. If you have a sibling who has already studied with us, or you’ve paved the way and your siblings are now ready to experience the UWA College difference, then your family could be eligible for a 5% tuition fee discount for each additional sibling who joins us in Perth.
