Accelerate! Strings is UWA’s elite training program designed for Violin, Viola, Cello and Double Bass players in years 10-12 who are looking to take their performance skills to the next level.

Participants have the opportunity to work closely with acclaimed educator Suzanne Wijsman and Simon Lee Foundation Musician in Residence and Concertmaster of the Australian Brandenburg Orchestra Shaun Lee-Chen.

Participants will receive expert, individualised input on their performance in masterclasses, as well as learning strategies and gaining skills to perform at their best. This program is ideally timed for those undertaking WACE/ATAR Music or preparing for University auditions – don't miss this opportunity to get feedback from UWA’s leading string experts!
