The 2023 Sports Council Executive has been elected to lead the representative student group for sport at UWA.
Aiming to provide opportunities for students to be involved in governance within the UWA sporting community, the UWA Sports Council comprises student representatives from each of the 29 UWA-affiliated clubs.
In 2023, the President of the UWA Sports Council is Emma Bond of the UWA West Coast Swimming Club. Emma has previously represented the UWA West Coast Swimming Club on the Sports Council, was a member of the 2021 UBL team, and has worked with Swimming WA to establish an Athlete Advisory Group for the sport.
