Sunny Days
In November, Perth enjoys warm and sunny weather as it transitions from spring into summer. You can expect daytime temperatures to range from 20°C to 30°C (68°F to 86°C), with plenty of sunshine.
For your visit, pack light, breathable clothing for warmer days. A light jacket or sweater will also be useful for cooler evenings. No matter the season, the sun is always a strong factor in Western Australia with the UV index easily rising to 10 or above. So don't forget your hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen!
Places to See
Perth is a safe, friendly and welcoming city, with a great sense of community.
November is a great time to explore the city's attractions with long daylight hours. Framed by the renowned Kings Park (Kaarta Koomba) and carved by the Swan River (Derbarl Yerrigan), Western Australia’s capital is a dynamic city that balances its natural beauty with a lively after-dark scene.
Public Transport
Perth's public transport system makes it easy to get around the city and to the main UWA campus if you don't drive.
You can feel secure on public transport as trains, buses and ferries are fitted with 24/7 CCTV cameras.
Western Australia
