Crawley Village is the name given to a collection of properties owned by the University, neighbouring the UWA Perth campus. Students can choose from a selection of studios, apartments, and houses and these properties are ideal for undergraduate and postgraduate students who:
- wish to live close to the University
- prefer a more independent lifestyle
- may want to live together with family members or friends.
Location
Living so close to UWA means most of your neighbours are uni students too. You're also able to walk to shops, cafes, public transport and the Swan River - all of this adds to the relaxed yet energetic vibe of the neighbourhood.
Not far away is Kings Park, one of the largest inner-city parks in the world; it overlooks Perth City and is a great place to walk, run, ride or have a picnic.

- bed linen, blankets, pillows and quilts
You will be responsible for managing your household utility connections and ongoing charges, including Internet, electricity, water and gas.
