OceanWorks Internships

OceanWorks sponsors internships over the Summer and Winter vacation periods. Our interns are supervised by world-class researchers in marine engineering and work in an area of their interest, gaining valuable knowledge and skills. We offer innovative projects with relevance and impact to offshore engineering and related industries through collaboration with our industry partners. 

This opportunity is for Engineering Students who have a strong interest in research and innovation, and who are considering further study or a career in academia.

Internship Applications

Internships are full-time for a 10 week period between June - September (International Students) and November - February (Domestic Students). Interns are paid $800/week, and for the international internships accommodation and flights are covered through the program.

The Applications for Winter (June - September) 2020 are now closed.

Applications for the 2021 Summer Internships will open 1 August 2020.
